• 2 oz. Bluebird Straight Rye Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 ds Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 1 ds Angostura Bitters

  • Method: Stirred
  • Glass: Chilled, Absinthe-Rinsed Rocks Glass
  • Garnish: Lemon Peel

Add each spirit to rocks glass. Fill glass with large ice. Stir for 10 Seconds. Twist Lemon Peel on top and drop in. Enjoy.
